Our Satisfaction Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with the cleaning you can give us a call back within 24 hours or while the cleaner is at your place. You will either get a discount on your next cleaning or have another cleaner come over the same day or the next day to do the job over, If you are not available at that time, you can let us know when you will be available and another cleaner will be there to get the job done.

PLEASE be advised that there is no refund. If a cleaner starts cleaning and is there over the scheduled time, some arrangements will be necessary for the next scheduled cleaning session. If there are some problems, please feel free to contact our customer service and the situation will be taken care.

These estimates are made on the basis of one cleaner per job.You can choose to have a team of 2 cleaners or 3 to cut the time in half at a discounted rate.

Our hourly rate is $20/hour for one cleaner with 3 hours minimum; 4 hours and up is $35/hour for two cleaners. Regular customers get a discounted deal! These rates may vary depending on the number of bathrooms and closets. Every home or apartment is unique so call us today for your free estimate.
